PROCESS

How does it work?

Because this is a personalized coaching system, the time I spend with each client is important—and I want to make sure I give you the attention you deserve. That’s why everyone who reaches out goes through a selection process, so I can find the right spot in my schedule and give you the proper time and follow-up you need.

GET IN TOUCH

Fill out the simple form—it only takes 3 minutes! There's no obligation, but it gives me the information I need to help you moving forward (what is your goal, when would you like to start, etc.).

CASE REVIEW

I will analyze your information and, based on your details and my availability, I’ll reach out to you with an email confirming your registration, the start date of your coaching, and a payment link to secure your spot!

LET'S START!

Once your payment is accepted, you'll gain full access to the app, where you'll find your personalized training and nutrition program, complete with instructional videos for each exercise, covering technique and corrections.

FOLLOW UP

Every 2 weeks, we'll have a live 30-minute session to review your results, assess your progress, fine-tune your diet and I'll answer any doubts you might have about technique, mouvements, type of training, stress management and more.

ATTENTIVENESS

Apart from check-ups, if you have any questions, we'll be happy to answer them by email or whatsapp as soon as possible.

No, I'm not a triathlete or a bikini fitness contest winner, I'm not a gymnast or a former professional dancer. I'm just someone who spent a lot of time in a body she didn't like, with a limiting mindset.
 

However, I decided to do something about it and change.
 

I started exercising regularly, I became addicted to strength training, yoga and dancing. I gained on confidence, I got physically (and mentally!) stronger and I just felt so much better in my skin! So I studied hard and trained myself to be able to exercise today as a coach and help others to establish physical activity as one of the fundamental pillars of physical and mental health.
